As a Unit Manager (LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse), you will:
- Coordinate, manage, and evaluate resident care and unit operations
- Monitor timely, concise documentation of resident care in EMR
- Provide pertinent information regarding resident care to physicians when making rounds
- Evaluate staff performance and oversight of direct care performance
- Assure compliance with principles of infection control and universal precautions
Qualifications for a Unit Manager (RN-Registered Nurse):
- Current LPN license in good standing with the Virginia Department of Health Professions
- Current CPR Certification
- Previous managerial experience (preferred)
- Demonstrates excellent clinical, customer service, and leadership skills
