Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)

Position Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assesses individual and community needs for health education.
- Plan health education strategies, interventions, and programs.
- Develop and implement education strategies, interventions, and programs.
- Conduct evaluation and research related to health education.
- Administer health education strategies, interventions, and programs.
- Serve as a health education resource person.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and receiving request for consultations and laboratory work of specific patients. The CMA shall complete medical charting within 72 hours of patient visit IAW with JC guidelines.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program, or military training as a medic, corpsman, or medical technician.
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
- At least one year experience within the last three years as a CMA.
- Valid unrestricted license in at least 1 state, territory or commonwealth of the US.
- Must be a US Citizen.
