Program Manager:
“The Contractor shall provide Project Manager (PM) who shall be responsible for
the management of contractor staff and all work performed under this PWS. The
PM shall have a minimum eight (8) years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s
degree and 24 semester hours in business related coursework, from an accredited
college or university. The PM shall be one of the senior level employees provided
by the Contractor. The PM shall be the single point of contact for the Contracting
Officer and the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR). The PM shall be
responsible for training and developing new staff, ensuring quality control over all
assigned work prior to submission to the CO’s, ensuring all established deadlines
are met, as well overseeing the successful completion of work. The PM shall
ensure that all work submitted to the government is of high quality and with little
to no errors. In cases where the work submitted consistently needs revision, the
PM shall proactively address areas of concern through targeted training and skill
enhancement to ensure alignment with government quality expectations. The PM
shall be available during a core band of hours: 10:00 am and 4:00 pm EST,
Monday through Friday, and shall respond to a request for discussion or resolution
of technical problems within one (1) hour of notification (during core hours). The
PM shall be responsible for the performance of the work under this PWS. The
name of this person and an alternate who shall act for the Contractor when the
project manager is absent shall be designated in writing to the Contracting Officer
and Contracting Officer Representative. The PM or alternate shall have full
authority to act for the Contractor on all BPA matters relating to daily operation of
this contract.”
