We are conducting a search for a Director, Corporate FP&A (title is understated, but the compensation and responsibilities are definitely not) with a rapid growth publicly-traded company in the DC area considered a major disrupter in their industry. This is the fastest growing client we have ever worked with in our 19 years in business.
This person will drive all corporate FP&A activities including: setting and leading the monthly/quarterly forecasting and reporting cadence, driving forecast accuracy and accountability, determining the most meaningful KPI's and improving existing dashboards, partnering with various stakeholders to deliver crisp insights and analysis for key executive leadership meetings to enable strategic and tactical decision making. This person will also work closely with the Investor Relations team.
Compensation comfortably in the $200K's plus generous bonus.
Trade 5 days in office in Northern VA for fully paid medical and dental premiums for employee and family plus unlimited PTO, generous 401K, and additional perks.
Salary : $200,000 - $275,000
