Responsibilities
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers
- Upsell products and promotions to customers
- Restock shelves and maintain a clean checkout area
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase featured items
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Familiarity with grocery store operations is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions
- Knowledge of phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries
