Potowomut Golf Club is looking for a reliable, motivated Prep Cook to join our rapidly growing Food & Beverage team. Key Responsibilities:

Prep fresh ingredients daily (vegetables, proteins, sauces, etc.) to support lunch, dinner, and banquet service.

Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety.

Assist chefs and line cooks in a fast-paced, scratch kitchen environment.

Follow direction within a professional brigade system—we work as one team.

Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of products.
Requirements & Expectations:

Prior prep or kitchen experience preferred, but we’ll train someone with a great attitude and work ethic.

Ability to perform repetitive tasks, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Punctuality and reliability are a must—this is a team that counts on one another.

Must have reliable transportation to and from the club.

Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed during the season.

Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and efficient work space.
