Paralegal – Corporate Litigation
Potter Anderson & Corroon LLP, a major Delaware law firm with a diverse business practice, seeks an experienced Paralegal to join our Corporate Litigation Group. This role is crucial in assisting the Corporate Litigation practice attorneys with all phases and aspects of complex corporate litigation work.
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Provide attorneys, members of the practice group, and other professional staff with various administrative and case support by handling complex tasks and projects throughout all phases and aspects of corporate litigation work.
- Create and implement all elements of the case management system, including file management (electronic), case calendaring, task lists, and related deadlines.
- Assist in the preparation of pleadings and complete daily assignments related to supporting active litigation matters and preparing for trials.
- Act as a liaison to clients, counsel, and courts regarding case issues.
- Perform a full range of paralegal tasks for corporate litigation cases.
- Prepare exhibit and hearing binders, both physical and electronic.
- Prepare for and attend trials.
