As a machine operator, you will set up, operate, and maintain state-of-the-art manufacturing machines while ensuring efficiency and quality in production. You’ll have the opportunity to cross-train across various machine types, making you a versatile and valuable team member.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor CNC Machines, press brakes, paint lines, punches, PEM Insertions, and more.
• Conduct quality inspections using calipers, blueprints, and detailed drawings.
• Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and part defects to keep production running smoothly.
• Maintain accurate records of production quantities, scrap rates, and machine settings.
• Assist with routine maintenance, calibration, and minor machine repairs.
• Work safely and follow all company protocols.

If you have mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn, we want to hear from you! Previous manufacturing experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidates. This is a full-time, on-site position with four-day work weeks (Monday - Thursday, 10-hour shifts) for evening shift, 4:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. The ability to work over-time is essential. Required Qualifications:

• Ability to work overtime as required by the company

• Previous experience in manufacturing 

Salary : $17 - $20
