Install Technician Job Description
Potter’s Potties is currently recruiting an experienced service technician. The ideal candidate will have experience with RV plumbing and electrical work, a clean driving record with at least one year of commercial driving experience, excellent customer service and communication skills, and the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
As an Install Technician, your primary responsibility is to oversee all installations and repairs of fresh water and waste tank systems. This includes:
- Preparing necessary supplies for each installation and repair.
- Managing inventory and coordinating with the Inventory Supervisor for supply requests.
- Ensuring installations are completed efficiently, cleanly, and professionally.
- Adapting to varying site conditions and troubleshooting on the spot.
- Delivering supplies and maintaining stock at the Gainesville satellite yard.
Secondary Responsibilities:
As part of a team-oriented environment, you may be required to assist in other areas as needed, including:
- Assisting with pickups and deliveries of restroom trailers, portable restrooms, and tank systems.
- Supporting portable restroom cleaning after large-scale returns or staff absences.
- Helping maintain supplies and overall cleanliness in the shop.
Additional Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):
- Installations and repairs related to interior restroom systems (water and waste tank systems).
- Delivery of restroom trailers, portables, and tank systems.
- Maintaining an appropriate inventory relevant to job requirements.
