Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Service Route Driver to join our team at Potter's Potties, a leading provider of portable restroom services. As a Service Route Driver, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive clean, functional restrooms while maintaining exceptional service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate a company truck or commercial vehicle to deliver portable restrooms to assigned locations and service portable restrooms.
- Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance as required
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License: A clean driving record and the ability to operate larger vehicles or trucks (CDL preferred but not required).
- Previous Experience: as a route driver or in a similar role preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment (50-75 lbs.) and perform physical tasks in varying weather conditions.
- Drug Screening & Background Check: Must be able to pass a routine drug screening and background check.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills to manage routes efficiently and meet delivery deadlines.
- Attention to Detail: Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
- Customer Service Skills: Friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with clients.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Quick thinking to address challenges like location issues or unexpected requests.
