What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parts Associate position at Potters Industries Inc?
This position pays $25.15 per hour
The Parts Associate is responsible for assisting customers at the Service and Parts counter, as well as handling parts order requests over the phone or via email. Managing inventory control for all parts. Utilize an inventory system to look up part numbers, check stock levels, and place orders for parts not in inventory.
Job Responsibilities:
Fulfill parts orders received through Customer Service Department
Handle parts order requests via telephone, email or in-person
Receives and ensures all replacement parts are delivered as ordered
Communicate with the Service Department regarding parts pricing and availability
Provide excellent customer service for the Graco repair facility;
Complete basic setup for new equipment when necessary; Ensure that inventory control practices are followed.
Additional duties assigned by Manager, as needed
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
1 to 3 Years Customer Service/Order Intake
1 to 3 years of Inventory Management
1 to 3 years of Small Engine Knowledge of Paint Application Equipment, Preferred
Skills and Knowledge:
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task Basic math skills
Mechanical Aptitude is desired
Working Conditions:
Office and repair shop
