Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate Manager, Brand Marketing to join our team. This role will be responsible for planning and executing customer-facing events including book signings, new store openings, product launch events, Skills Series Classes, and registry events. Additionally, this position will support marketing operations and collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies, campaigns, and product launches.
Key Responsibilities
Event Planning & Execution
- Lead the planning, coordination, and marketing efforts for consumer facing events including book signings, new store openings, product launch events, Skills Series Classes, and registry events. to drive customer engagement and brand awareness.
- Manage event briefing process and follow ups with cross-functional teams including site, email, PR, social and merchandising.
- Project Manage Internal Skills Series Events.
- Maintain event tracking processes including post-event recapping and financial analysis.

The expected starting pay range for this position is $71,400.00 - $83,850.00. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
