POSITION : MONOGRAMMER
REPORTS TO : GENERAL MANAGER
TYPE : NON-EXEMPT
BRAND : POTTERY BARN KIDS
PRIMARY FUNCTION : Provide guests with personalized Pottery Barn Kids merchandise utilizing monogram machine and tools.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Monogrammer will select items for personalization and match to guest order.
- Monogrammer must have high attention to detail and ensure that needle and threading used matches guest specifications.
- Monogrammer must assess embroidered items for any frayed threading and assure quality before items are picked up by guest.
- Monogrammer must be comfortable performing routine maintenance and upkeep on embroidery machine.
