A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ELECTRIC OPERATIONS MANAGER
As an Electric Operations Manager, you are a key member of our team. Your leadership keeps our electricians on track and ensures that our business is moving in the right direction. Keeping your eye on the big picture, you create and implement systems and processes that help us deliver efficient, quality service to every customer. To guarantee top performance, you establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and work with our electricians to make sure they are meeting or exceeding their goals.
In addition to big-picture concerns, you oversee our day-to-day operations. You make sure individual projects are staying on schedule and under budget, and you respond to any customer questions or concerns that may arise. Your satisfaction comes from taking ownership of your work and seeing our business thrive under your leadership!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ELECTRIC OPERATIONS MANAGER
- College degree
- Management experience
- Experience with KPIs and monthly budgeting
Experience with Service Titan would be a plus but isn't required. If you're a strong communicator who meets the requirements above, you might just be perfect for this electrical position!
WORK SCHEDULE FOR AN ELECTRIC OPERATIONS MANAGER
This full-time position typically works Monday through Friday, 40 to 45 hours per week.
