Residential Electric Sales

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Residential Electrical Sales professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their living spaces. Your ability to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional customer service will be key to your success in driving sales and achieving targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with residential clients through effective communication and follow-up.
• Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs and present appropriate product solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight the benefits of our products and services.
• Collaborate with the installation team to ensure a seamless transition from sale to service delivery.
• Track sales activities, manage customer accounts, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Stay informed about industry trends, product offerings, and competitive landscape to effectively position our services.
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within a residential or home electrical context.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus but not required, we use Service Titan.
• A valid driver's license is required for travel to client locations.

Pay: $35.00 - $75.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
