What are the responsibilities and job description for the Custodian (floater) position at Pottstown?
Custodian Floater Full-Time position to work throughout district
260 Days/Year
M-F during School Year (summer hours may vary)
3pm-11pm shift
Responsible for cleaning, sanitizing and general appearance throughout the building as well as larger areas (cafeteria, kitchens, auditorium, gym); Participate in summer housecleaning, minor maintenance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous cleaning or custodial experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be able to communicate and interact effectively with students, families, staff and general public
- Act 34, Act 114 and Act 151 clearances required
District retains right to screen, interview, and hire prior to closing date of posting.
