Summary
As a Paraprofessional, you will support teachers in creating an effective learning environment for students, particularly those with special needs. Your core skills in classroom management, communication, and behavior management will be essential in assisting students with disabilities and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). With premium skills in early childhood education and experience with autism, you will foster a nurturing atmosphere that promotes student development. Your relevant skills in lesson planning and literacy education will further enhance the educational experience, making you a vital part of our dedicated team.
