Job Title: Infusion Nurse/ RN – Poudre Infusion Therapy
Part-time, 1-2 scheduled shifts per week.
Location: 915 Centre Avenue Fort Collins, Colorado

About the Role: As an Infusion Nurse at Poudre Infusion Therapy, you will:
Provides infusion therapy to patients in our Ambulatory Infusion Center, the patient's home or an alternate site such as a skilled nursing facility
Maintains compliance with infusion agency guidelines and state and ACHC regulations
Carries an assigned patient case load that includes new patient admissions as well as revisits
Functions as a case manager for coordination of the patient's health care needs in the home/AIC/Alternate site setting with the family, physician, community resources, health care providers and patient support systems
Will be trained to provide PICC line & mid-line insertions
What We're Looking For:
RN (BSN) with Colorado licensure
Minimum 2 years medical/surgical nursing experience
Peripheral/Central IV access skills needed
Home infusion or Ambulatory Infusion Center experience required
Chemotherapy competency required within 6 months of hire
Will be trained to provide PICC line & mid-line insertions
Therapies include: IV Antibiotics, Immune Therapy, Steroid Therapy, Chemotherapy, Hydration, Pain Management, Blood Transfusions, Total Parenteral Nutrition, Maintenance of Intravenous Catheters
Skills:
Venipuncture and IV Insertion Expertise
Knowledge of Infusion Therapies and Medications
Patient Monitoring and Assessment

Our Total Rewards package includes a salary range of between $38 - $43/hr. DOE
