Job Title: Infusion Nurse/ RN – Poudre Infusion Therapy

• Part-time, 1-2 scheduled shifts per week.

About the Role: As an Infusion Nurse at Poudre Infusion Therapy, you will:

• Provides infusion therapy to patients in our Ambulatory Infusion Center, the patient's home or an alternate site such as a skilled nursing facility

• Maintains compliance with infusion agency guidelines and state and ACHC regulations

• Carries an assigned patient case load that includes new patient admissions as well as revisits

• Functions as a case manager for coordination of the patient's health care needs in the home/AIC/Alternate site setting with the family, physician, community resources, health care providers and patient support systems

• Will be trained to provide PICC line & mid-line insertions

What We're Looking For:

• RN (BSN) with Colorado licensure

• Minimum 2 years medical/surgical nursing experience

• Peripheral/Central IV access skills needed

• Home infusion or Ambulatory Infusion Center experience required

• Chemotherapy competency required within 6 months of hire

• Will be trained to provide PICC line & mid-line insertions

• Therapies include: IV Antibiotics, Immune Therapy, Steroid Therapy, Chemotherapy, Hydration, Pain Management, Blood Transfusions, Total Parenteral Nutrition, Maintenance of Intravenous Catheters

Skills:

• Venipuncture and IV Insertion Expertise

• Knowledge of Infusion Therapies and Medications

• Patient Monitoring and Assessment

Our Total Rewards package includes a salary range of between $38 - $43/hr. DOE
