What You'll Do
Focus on customers first! Actively engage our two-legged and four-legged customers. We truly do believe they deserve the best and that's what we strive for.Lead, develop and coach a team of hourly clerks to build successful relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience.Implement changes to the store to best achieve our mission and goals.Act as a point of escalation with customers and be driven to ensure customer issues are addressed immediately.Train Team Members to safely and accurately perform tasks to predetermined standards.Based on operational plans and company standards, assign Team Members to job tasks in order to maximize customer service & reach retail goals setting a schedule to meet the business needs.Provide management feedback to Team Members and then provide on-the-job training to meet training needs.Create a positive team dynamic that encourages all employees in the store to provide feedback and drive change within the store, adapt to the ever-changing business, and stay focused on the customer experience.Model accountability, creativity, resourcefulness, energy, passion, leadership, integrity, honesty, and team building.Order, receive, and voucher products for your store based on customer demand and product selection.What You'll Need
