Pay Range: $20.62-$23.09 (min - 12% above min)/hr*

• These pay rates are based on the 2024-25 school year rates and will be updated when approved during the negotiations process around May 2025 for the 2025-26 school year*

Duration of position: Ongoing

• Those hired in these positions do not qualify for section 12.1.4 of the Employee Agreement (they will not receive both his/her regular classified wages as well as the licensed in-house substitute rate)
• Must hold a valid Colorado Substitute Authorization or Colorado Educator License
• Pay range listed above is for employees newly hired to PSD (existing employees please refer to the pay range on the appropriate salary schedule). PSD engages in a salary placement process vs. a salary negotiation process.
