Summer School Elementary Teacher - Camp SOL

Pay: $35 per hour

Hours/day: 

Camp SOL: 6 hours per day, 15 days. 12 hours of in-person training is required, dates/times to be determined. Teachers will receive 12 hours of lesson planning time. 

Poudre Community Academy 21stCCLC: 4 hours per day, 15 days. 2 hours of in-person training is required, dates/times to be determined. 

Blevins 21stCCLC: 7 hours per day, 8 days. 7 hours of in-person training is required, dates/times to be determined. Teachers will receive 10 hours of lesson planning time. 

Work calendar days: 

Camp SOL: Program will run from June 2, 2025 - June 26, 2025, from roughly 7:30am-1:30pm; exact times will be determined based on the site, Monday - Thursday. The program will not be held Thursday, June 19. Staff training will take place in the evenings throughout the month of May.

Poudre Community Academy 21stCCLC: Program will run from June 2 - June 26, 2025, from 7:30am to 12:00pm, Monday - Thursday. The program will not be held Thursday, June 19.  Staff training will take place in the evenings throughout the month of May.

Blevins 21stCCLC: Program will run from July 21 - July 31, 2025, from 7am - 2:30pm, Monday - Thursday. Staff training will take place the week before programs start in July. 

Duration of position: Summer Only

Additional Information: 

Camp SOL: Will operate at these 3 locations: Johnson Elementary School, Laurel Elementary School, and Timnath Elementary School. Camp SOL is a summer bridge program designed for students needing additional supports in Literacy and Math during the summer months. Camp SOL offers a half-day, summer experience for students including experiential learning, field trips, and connections with positive, engaging adults.

Poudre Community Academy 21st CCLC: Will operate at Future Ready Center in the mall. This summer program "Summer Academy" offers online credit opportunities with personalized, in-person support and fun hands on learning opportunities for select students.

Blevins 21st CCLC: Will operate at Blevins Middle School. This summer program is a summer transition program designed specifically for incoming 6th grade students at Blevins. Incoming 6th graders will be able to take part in project based learning and academic enrichments while becoming comfortable and confident on Blevins’ campus. 

Must have a valid Colorado Educator's License with appropriate endorsement.
