Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
- Utilize construction management software to manage project documentation and communication effectively.
- Oversee the scheduling of subcontractors and labor resources to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to safety standards (OSHA compliance).
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.
- Review schematics and blueprints to ensure proper execution of design specifications.
- Train and mentor site personnel in best practices for safety and efficiency.
