Design Associate Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalency; 2 ( ) years of kitchen and bath sales and design drawing experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field; CKBD or AKBD certification; proficiency in Microsoft 365 copilot, 2020, Chief Architect, Salesforce (I-360), and various design applications; knowledge of our brands, preferred.
- A passion for home remodeling and client relations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management, and organization skills.
- Clear decision-making, problem-solving, and adaptability to challenging situations.
Design Associate Responsibilities:
- Attend goal-setting meetings with the Manager and team.
- Abide by current industry prices, practices, and processes with a personal laptop, applicable software, and vehicle.
- Run sales appointments and ensure that jobs under construction are running smoothly.
- Rotating showroom duty, Saturdays, out-of-town, and in-home appointments as needed.
- Follow the PDC Sales System.
