Poulin Design Center has been a local, family-owned remodeling company for over 40 years! We are looking for a Solar Canvass Manager who fits our company culture, is innovative, has integrity, and will help us continue our reputation of above and beyond customer service and quality work.
Solar Canvass Manager Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalency, required.
- 2 ( ) year(s) of door-to-door canvassing and sales experience; proficiency in Microsoft 365 Copilot and various sales applications; knowledge of our brands, preferred.
- A passion for solar energy and client relations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, time management, and organizational skills.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and adaptability to challenges.
Solar Canvass Manager Responsibilities:
- Attend goal-setting meetings with Sales Manager and team.
- Abide by current industry prices, practices, and processes with a personal laptop, applicable software, and vehicle.
- Recruit Canvassers to hire and train alongside the Human Resources Department.
- Represent our brands at big-box store pop-ups, home-shows, and Marketplace.
- Collect leads and set appointments for our team through events and canvassing.
