Leading multi-disciplinary firm Poulos & Bennett is actively seeking a Landscape Architect PM for immediate employment in their Orlando or Jacksonville, FL offices. This position will have an opportunity to work on a broad range of projects including master-planned communities, parks, green infrastructure, urban plazas and infill, mixed use, transportation, and streetscape redevelopment. The Senior Project Manager will have access to professionals of various backgrounds and expertise across our firm. Working in tandem with our surveyors and engineers, as well as Landscape Architects in affiliate offices, allows for seamless design processes, learning opportunities, and a better design for both our clients and the users of the spaces we create.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare department proposals and assign project teams
- Establish and maintain project structure, budget, and schedule
- Review design criteria, documents, and specifications throughout a project lifecycle
- Develop and implement techniques for improving project procedures and documents
- Manage and mentor a team to meet project goals and deadlines
- Oversee the design of land planning and landscape architecture projects in both public and private sector.
- Attend meetings with clients, reviewing agencies, contractors, and other design professionals
- Additional related duties as needed
