Key Responsibilities

• Drink Preparation: Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision, efficiency, and creativity.
• Guest Engagement: Engage with guests to provide recommendations, take orders, and ensure their satisfaction.
• Innovative Mixology: Create unique and innovative cocktails while adhering to our established recipes and quality standards.
• Inventory Management: Maintain a well-stocked bar by monitoring inventory levels and restocking as needed.
• Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain bar equipment and tools, ensuring cleanliness and functionality.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all responsible alcohol service guidelines and ensure the safety of guests.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the service team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Bar Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized bar area and assist with general cleaning duties as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a bartender in a restaurant or bar setting is required.
• Excellent knowledge of mixology and a strong foundation in classic and contemporary cocktail recipes.
• Ability to create unique and innovative cocktails using fresh ingredients.
• Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly and engaging personality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and compliance with legal drinking age restrictions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Possession of a valid alcohol service certification is a bonus.
