Job Summary
The Provider Liaison is a key member of the regenerative medicine and pain management practice team and is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with referring providers and their offices. This role ensures seamless communication between providers and the practice, facilitates referrals and promotes awareness of the practice's services and products. The ideal candidate is highly personable, organized, and passionate about fostering professional relationships to drive practice growth and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management :
Build and nurture strong relationships with referring provider offices, acting as the main point of contact.
Regularly engage with provider offices through calls, emails, and in-person visits.
Provider Outreach :
Introduce the practice’s services, products, and value proposition to referring providers and their staff.
Educate provider offices on new treatments, products, and referral processes offered by the practice.
Patient Referral Communication :
Provide timely updates on the status of patients referred by providers to the practice.
Share information and progress reports on patients referred out to providers from the practice.
Marketing & Engagement :
Deliver marketing materials, brochures, and other promotional items to provider offices.
Organize and host lunches or events at provider offices to discuss services and answer questions.
Coordinate educational workshops or seminars for referring providers and their staff.
Reporting & Feedback :
Document and report feedback from providers to the internal team for continuous improvement.
Maintain records of all interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes in a CRM or tracking system.
Strategic Support :
Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and materials.
Participate in strategic planning sessions to enhance referral networks and patient acquisition efforts.
Qualifications & Skills
Education : Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management, marketing, or a related field preferred.
Experience :
Minimum of 2 years in healthcare marketing, provider relations, or a related role.
Experience in regenerative medicine, pain management, or healthcare preferred.
Skills :
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and marketing tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Other Requirements :
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for in-person visits.
Willingness to travel locally as required.
