Overview
We seek a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in Pennsylvania by building and maintaining relationships with clients in your assigned territory. You will leverage your expertise in line locating and pipe rehabilitation technology sales to identify customer needs, present tailored solutions, and close deals. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve territory sales goals.
- Identify and target potential clients through market research and networking.
- Conduct product demos to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
- Engage in upselling opportunities by understanding client needs and recommending additional products or services.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using ERP or CRM software
- Collaborate with inside sales teams to maximize lead generation and conversion rates.
- Provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform product development.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in pipe and underground infrastructure renewal technology.
- Strong skills in territory management with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Proficient in conducting product demonstrations that engage clients and highlight value propositions.
- Develop deep understanding of our pipe bursting and boring equipment with an ability to demonstrate its value to customers in the field
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with team members as needed.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building relationships.

Pay: $76,214.00 - $87,439.00 per year
