Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Nashville, TN. This position is responsible for driving business growth by developing and executing strategic sales initiatives in residential and commercial sectors. The ideal candidate will excel in building strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and representing POWCO at industry events, expos, and sales meetings.
Qualifications
- Preferably a background in roofing and construction sales
- Experience in commercial & residential roofing/construction is a plus!
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proven customer service expertise
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable meeting face-to-face with potential clients
- Fuel card provided
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in commercial and residential construction sectors.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and enhance service offerings.
- Manage relationships with existing accounts while actively pursuing new B2B sales leads.
- Utilize negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional efforts and maximize outreach.

Pay: Up to $120,000.00 per year
