Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate administrative aspects of the Foundation's art programs, including scheduling, project tracking, archiving, accounting and team support
- Track and document projects using Asana, providing comprehensive progress reports to leadership
- Coordinate logistics and for visiting artists, curators, and VIP guests, including itineraries, travel, accommodation, and mountain access arrangements
- Oversee art installation documentation and archive management, ensuring proper record keeping of Foundation projects
- Support the planning and execution of Foundation related events and art installations, including coordination with stakeholders, artists, and mountain operations
- Handle sophisticated administrative tasks including calendar management, meeting preparation, and presentation development
- Assist in art handling and installation supervision when required
- Serve as a liaison between the Foundation, artists, and mountain operations teams as required
- Coordinate clear and consistent communication within the department, as well as with other Powder mountain departments
Required Qualifications:
Education and Experience
- Degree (BA/BFA/MA/MFA) in Art History, Art Practice, Arts Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in an arts organization
- Demonstrated experience in art handling or installation management preferred
- Strong skiing/snowboarding abilities required for accessing installation sites
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Project management capabilities with expertise in administrative systems
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Asana
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and communication
- Strong understanding of contemporary art and installation requirements
- Proven ability to work independently in dynamic environments
- Experience coordinating complex logistics and managing multiple priorities
- Thorough understanding of art handling best practices
- Knowledge of the Utah arts community strongly preferred
- Cultural competency and ability to work with diverse groups
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in mountain environments
Working Conditions
- Full-time, on-site position at Powder Mountain HQ in Eden, Utah
- 5 days per week, with occasional evening and weekend work during special events

Regular outdoor work in mountain environments required, including:
- Accessing installation sites in varying weather conditions
- Walking/skiing on uneven terrain
- Physical activity including lifting up to 30 lbs
- Year-round mountain environment work conditions
- Physical presence and possible local travel required for art installation supervision and coordination
- Reliable transportation needed for mountain access and local travel (mileage reimbursement provided for work-related travel)
