Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wireless Communications Consultant to support cellular expansion across Powder Mountain. This would be a 2-3 year consulting opportunity, reporting to our Chief Technology Officer.
Responsibilities may include:
- Establishing connectivity: Advising Development, Construction and IT departments on how to establish all cell carriers across 8,000 acres of mountain terrain
- Leading partner/vendor management and dedicated cellular expansion project
- Supporting system simulations: Supporting complex system simulations
- Performing field surveys: Performing field surveys of new and existing BDA installations
- Troubleshooting issues: Troubleshooting IBW network interference and coverage issues
- Providing assessments: Providing assessments of technical and operational practices associated with upgrades and system changes
- Analyzing data: Analyzing information and statistical data to prepare reports
Other responsibilities may include:
- Advising on whether to repair or replace wireless communication
- Designing and reviewing current engineering services
- Creating permits, contracts, schedules, estimates, data collections, and construction surveys
- Maintaining knowledge of wireless products, services, plans, and accessories
