Position Overview
The Home Services Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support for all Home Services activities across Powder Mountain. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support our Home Services team in managing HOA and private residences' snow removal contracts, work requests, snow removal scheduling, trash collection, and ensuring the coordination and smooth flow of information amongst the Home Services team, vendors, HOA, resort and homeowners. This position will be the key point of contact for all communications between homeowners, guests, property managers and Powder Haven HOA for the Home Services Team. Excellent communication and customer service skills is a must! This position will be responsible for addressing and resolving inquiries from homeowners, guests, or vendors promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Work is performed inside and outside. Candidate will be exposed to extreme temperatures (hot &cold), sun and wind exposure, inclement weather (rain, snow, ice), high altitudes (9,000ft ), moving machines/equipment, dust, wet, humid, dry, loud noises, and fumes from chemical conditions and frequent altitude changes.

Key Responsibilities
- Address and resolve inquiries from homeowners, guests, and vendors promptly and professionally.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, fielding a high volume of phone calls and emails from homeowners and guests.
- Work closely with the Home Services Manager, supervisor, and team leads daily, to ensure department needs are being met.
- Assign work requests to Home Services Technicians for completion.
- Follow work requests through to completion and close them as they are completed.
- Work closely with other Powder Mountain departments to ensure work requests are completed promptly and new requests are submitted via the ticketing system.
- Liaison with outside vendors. Tasks such as obtaining quotes, scheduling of work, and making sure invoices are paid.
- Order and track repair parts as needed for work request completion.
- Assist the Home Services Manager with scheduling Home Services Technicians.
- Participate in Home Services operating budget planning for the coming year.
- Perform regular site inspections with the Home Services Manager.
- Assess areas of improvement within the Home Services Department.
- Maintain homeowner contracts for snow removal and trash collection
- Ability to coordinate and work with multiple departments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, establish priorities, meet deadlines, and solve problems.
- Must be able to handle confidential matters with absolute discretion.
- Proactive solution-based approach which includes strong decision making and judgment.
- Excellent presentation skills, organization, and attention to detail.
- Must have a valid driver’s license – NO major violations on driving record.
- Reliable Transportation Required

- Flexible schedule; work occasional overtime as requested
- Experience with Google Workplace and related software programs.
- Previous coordinator experience a plus
- Must abide by the company handbook and department policies & procedures.
