Role: Housekeeper - Powder Haven

Our Membership Community, Powder Haven is seeking an experience and professional home cleaner. Driving a company vehicle is required, as well as being polite, polished and using the highest level of discretion when interacting with our guests.
Responsibilities
- Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing toilets, counter tops, showers, sinks, furniture, baseboards, walls, appliances, removal of trash and debris, making beds, etc.
- Responsible for organizing areas and having a detailed eye for cleanliness, all while maintaining a quick and efficient work ethic.
- Follow detailed instructions and expectations to deliver the highest level of cleanliness consistent to a Luxury resort.
- Contributing to a safe and healthy work environment and follow the direction of the Housekeeping Lead and/or Manager.
- Maintain a positive attitude within an ever-changing work atmosphere and flexible daily schedule.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in workable order to ensure a high level of efficiency is met.
- Assist Housekeeping Lead/Manager with low inventory counts/restocking to maintain supply quantities.
- Notify Team leader when equipment or supplies are in need of replenishing.
- Ability to work with little to no supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
- Collaboration with maintenance team.
- Report and return any guest/owner properties found in the rooms while rendering services.
- Adhere to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of company related practices
- Act in a manner that demonstrates a high standard of values consistent with the Powder Stays leadership team.
- Clean, disinfect and store all equipment at the end of the shift in the appropriate and designated areas.
- Perform detailed deep cleans of homes when required.
- Assist with restocking of amenities and toiletries in each home.
- Other tasks and duties as assigned by Lead, Manager and/or Director.
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays and a flexible schedule as required by business needs.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to assist guests and team members.
- Maintain effective relationships with team members.
- Be self-motivated.
- Desire to succeed and develop career with Powder Mountain.
- Be a problem solver, forward thinker, exhibit strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Possess a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality for owners/guests to the property.
- Communicate, be organized and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Experience with a variety of cleaning tools, and safe handling of chemicals.
- Over 18 years of age is required.
- Current driver's license and ability to pass background check.
- Have reliable transportation or utilize Utah Public Transportation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Able to work holidays, weekends and weekdays, and possibly evenings.
