Position Overview
The Youth and Family Supervisor will support the planning and execution in a variety of events, programs, and experiences for families and their children. Leading a team of staff, the Youth and Family Supervisor will be responsible for developing training and fostering ongoing education within the team. This position will facilitate special offerings and weekly experiences, including art, adventure, and regular programming. This person will have a passion for providing unique and wonderful experiences in a luxury club space to a community of adventurous members.
Key Responsibilities
The Youth and Family Supervisor position will have a variety of workspaces including indoor and outdoor areas such as office space, restaurant and club areas, on-mountain terrain, lakeside locations, and more.

Key Responsibilities
- Trains, schedules and supervises the work of youth and family team members
- Plans and executes weekly curriculum and daily activities, teaching participants skill sets, overseeing activities, communicating with members, and facilitating group feedback
- Foster community and culture with our membership, ensuring a luxury experience in all member interactions
- Ensures proactive risk management and addresses any potential safety concerns.
- Manage program registrations, confirmation emails, and attendee communications, ensuring timely updates with other departments on event registration status.
- Communicates with culinary, hospitality, event, and safety teams on a regular basis.
- Has the ability to work independently
- Support planning and implementation a progressive youth program, seeing to the total development of the participants mentally, physically, and emotionally
- Supports youth program planning for a variety of member events, including art programming, lake activities, and large neighbor weekends.
- Assists Youth and Family Manager in program development, coordination and planning.
- Maintain compliance with local regulations and industry best practices for youth programming.
- Responsible for supporting the health and safety of staff and participants during programming.
- Maintains records and prepares reports and paperwork in a timely manner.
- May teach, coach, officiate, drive for and lead programs.
- Inspects program equipment and facilities for safety hazards and recommends corrective action.
- With the program manager’s supervision, may manage the teams budget and order supplies and equipment.
- Serves as an ambassador between the members and staff
- Serves as a model for staff and participants.
- Provides a positive atmosphere and instigates fun for participants.
- Attend training and staff meetings
- Support in the setup and tear down of all youth programming.
- Coordinate and support closely with our Events team
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- High School Diploma required
- Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent years of experience in Youth Programming, Hospitality, or Club Programming.
- 2-4 years of Youth programming or Luxury Club Hospitality experience preferred
- 1 years of supervisory experience
- Experience with all aspects of youth and family program planning and management
- Excellent communication with Marketing, Safety, and, Hospitality Teams
- Experience with Google Workspace applications
- Familiarity with booking and registration softwares
- Familiarity with Club Youth and Family Programming
- SOP and ROS Development
- CPR/First Aid/AED Preferred
- Ability to work independently
- Full range of body movements
- Reach, push, pull, lift, and carry objects that may be heavy (25-40 lbs)
- Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, and twisting
- Walk on even/uneven/slippery terrain
- Climb/descend stairs/ladders
