Construction Superintendent

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Building Superintendent to oversee the construction of new PEMB, office structures, and general site improvements. This role requires excellent project management skills and the ability to supervise a team while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Duties

• Manage daily operations of building construction, including scheduling and supervising subcontractors, employees, designers, and owners.
• Conduct regular inspections of the project to identify material, manpower, and subcontractor needs and safety hazards.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized services when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of construction activities, schedules, and inventory management.

Experience

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within building construction or a related field.
• Strong construction knowledge with hands-on experience in PEMB panels, finishes, construction methods, and safety programs.
• Demonstrated ability in project management, overseeing multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including schematics, manuals, and blueprints.
