Description:
Manage and administer the organization’s databases, using database management systems to effectively organize and store data. Assess user requirements, design and implement databases, and coordinate changes, collaborating with development and end-user teams to define data access needs, transaction rates, and volume analysis. Ensuring optimal database performance and supports the integration and maintenance of databases within the organization.
Requirements:
- Develop, manage, and maintain Knowledge Management (KM) systems such as SharePoint sites, internal databases, and websites, ensuring they effectively store, share, and utilize critical data.
- Train system users, including Intelligence Community (IC) partners, by providing comprehensive user guides and training sessions to ensure effective utilization of KM systems.
- Integrate data from multiple sources and databases to create cohesive, interoperable systems that support organizational needs.
- Implement automated tools and data visualizations to facilitate easier user access, enhance analysis capabilities, and improve the presentation of information.
- Employ specialized tools tailored to unique office requirements, ensuring interoperability and the ability to share information seamlessly with IC, state, and local partners.
- Create and maintain virtual communities of interest for ODNI and its partners to collaborate, store, search, and discover information, share lessons learned, best practices, and track progress against various programs, policies, and strategies.
- Develop and execute simulations and exercises to test the readiness of databases and communication channels, ensuring they meet operational needs.
- Identify and implement opportunities to enhance the exchange of information across systems and between Government and private sector partners.
- Maintain and update an ODNI-wide repository for instructions, Internal Process Documents (IPDs), and policy memoranda, ensuring they are easily accessible and up-to-date.
- Design and maintain data repositories that support diverse mission needs, ensuring the generation of dynamic visualizations to aid in analysis, reporting, and briefings.
Non-Negotiable Requirements:
1. Top Secret with investigation current within the last 5 years
2. On-site, no remote
Technical Environment: SQL, Microsoft, Linux, Splunk, Ansible, Tenable, GEMS
