The Golliver Group is seeking a highly organized, self-motivated, and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to work directly with the CEO. This role requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong problem-solving skills, and has exceptional communication and computer proficiency. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, proactive, and able to anticipate the CEO’s needs while effectively handling administrative and operational responsibilities.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Administrative Support
- Manage the CEO’s personal and professional calendars, ensuring efficient scheduling.
- Coordinate the CEO’s speaking engagements, seminars, and training events, including logistics and attendee coordination.
- Act as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal teams, vendors, and external contacts.
- Handle travel arrangements (flights, hotels, rental cars) for business and personal trips.
- Assist with event planning for company meetings, training events, and business functions.
- Organize and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
- Maintain organized records, files, and confidential information.
- Monitor and assist in maintaining the CEO’s professional brand by tracking correspondence and public engagements.
- Conduct research and compile reports as needed for the CEO.
- Sort, organize, and prioritize mail and communications.
- Oversee general office tasks such as document preparation, scheduling, and internal communication.

Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher (preferred, but not required).
- Experience in an executive assistant, administrative, or operational support role.
- Background in managing high-level executive schedules and communication.
- Familiarity with , HR procedures, and payroll (a plus, but not required).
Work Environment & Schedule
- Full-time position based in Madison, AL (in-office role).
- Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts (occasional flexibility required for business travel or events).
