Compensation and Benefits :
- Compensation : Starting pay rate of $18.15, actual wage will be adjusted based on experience.

The Mountain Operations Dispatcher is an integral part of our operations team, responsible for coordinating various activities to ensure a seamless and safe experience for our guests. The role involves managing communications and responding to emergencies and guest requests. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, organized, and customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Summary of Key Responsibilities : Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following :
Communication Coordination :
Monitor and facilitate two-way radio communications between Ski Patrol, Lift Operations, Lift Maintenance, and other resort staff.
