What You Get to Do:
- Coach group and private lessons for individuals of all ages.
- Provide excellent guest service to people of various skill levels and backgrounds.
- Act as a representative for the resort and our sports.
- Introduce people to skiing and snowboarding by sharing your passion for snow sports.
- Spend your days helping others improve their skills on snow.
What You Need to Get the Job Done:
- A guest service mindset and outgoing personality.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A strong sense of safe practices and ethical behavior.
- Maintain a composed and professional demeanor.
- Ski and/or Snowboard in all weather conditions for extended periods.
Work Schedules:
- Schedules include working weekends, holidays, and some evenings.
- Full Time - 4 to 5 consistent days every week throughout the winter season.
- Part Time - 1 consistent days every week throughout the winter season.
- Holiday/On-Call - Minimum of 16 'Peak' days throughout the winter season.
