Job Title: Red Rock Server
Location: Zion Lodge, Springdale, UT
**Job Summary:**
As a Server, you will provide exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality food and beverage service in a fast-paced restaurant environment, ensuring guest satisfaction, and upholding the lodge's standards of hospitality.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Greet and welcome guests warmly upon their arrival at the restaurant.
* Present menus, provide recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverage offerings.
* Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are noted and communicated to the kitchen.
* Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring the highest quality standards.
* Monitor guest dining experience, checking in regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
* Clear tables and assist with resetting and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area.
* Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and service.
* Communicate effectively with other servers, bartenders, and management to coordinate service and address guest needs.
* Upsell menu items, including specials and beverages, to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
* Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, processing payments and providing change as necessary.
**Requirements:**
* Current Utah Food Handlers Certification Card required
* TIPs or Responsible Beverage Service equivalent required.
* Minimum 1 year food and beverage experience required.
