Job Description
">As a Kitchen and Restaurant Staff member, you will take direction from the Head Cook and F&B Manager, working collaboratively with kitchen staff, visitors, servers, and coworkers.
You will be responsible for ensuring the work areas are clean and sanitized, maintaining CA Food Handling Safety Standards, and completing all food safety checks, handwashing, cleaning, and sanitizing protocols.
Additional duties include stocking and organizing supplies, refrigerated and frozen items, and exercising diligence in food safety processes, participating in audits and corrective actions as directed by leadership.
