As a Certified Athletic Trainer Supervisor , responsibilities include the supervision of the camp athletic training room and facilitating the first response to medical emergencies that occur on camp facilities for campers, staff, guests and visiting athletes. Within this role there are varying degrees of processes which must be understood and prioritized in order to successfully achieve the daily operations of this department.

- This position is classified under California's Camp Counselor exemption (LAB 1182.4 and Wage Order 5). Employees are paid a weekly salary of 85% of their hourly rate for hours worked between 40- 56 hours per week or will be paid at 85% of their hourly rate for each hour worked if the employee works less than 40 hours per week. Any hours worked over 56 will be paid at overtime rates, in accordance with California labor law.
