JOB SUMMARY:
- Provide a welcoming, engaging and friendly environment to all customers.
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages such as specialty coffee and teas, and other food products (e.g., sandwiches, muffins, baked goods, etc.)
- Accurately take customer orders including all preferences
- Receive and take payments (camper account, card, mobile)
- Monitor proper operation of brewing and other food equipment; resolve and/or report any equipment problems promptly for resolution
- Help track food and supply inventory (e.g., in display cases, behind counter, etc.) and assist with restocking as necessary
- Help maintain and keep all serving, food & beverage preparation and common areas sanitary and clean
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and procedures
- Assist in maintaining clean and organized food preparation, service and storage areas
- Restock all food lines, paper products and grab and go areas
- Complete opening and closing tasks for front and back of house
- Cleaning the serving areas, kitchen, dishes and taking out the garbage
- Ensure that all dishwashing areas are clean, organized and maintained throughout the day
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/SPECIAL SKILLS:
- Must be 14 years of age or older - needs work permit
- Must be 18 years of age or older for on-site housing
- Ability to collaborate well across functions and departments, to work as part of a team
BASIC SCHEDULE/REQUIREMENTS:
- Work on and/or fix campers and guests bikes, skateboards and scooters to ensure their ability to continue riding and enjoying all camp parks/facilities Have extensive product knowledge and ability to make appropriate suggestions to guests.
- Physical Capabilities: bend, twist, push, pull, stand, lift 50lbs.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Must be comfortable working in an outdoor and indoor all-season environment.
