Killington and Pico Mountain are seeking an experienced C ommunications Manager to lead a dynamic team in shaping and executing our brand marketing and communication strategies.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep knowledge of the ski / snowboard industry and mountain culture, as well as the ability to understand and anticipate the needs of internal and external teams to find creative solutions to meet marketing goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a passion for storytelling, managing media relations, digital content, and brand messaging. They will encourage independent decision-making, open communication, collaboration, constructive feedback, and new ideas when mentoring the team, resulting in the most effective group who work together in a flexible, fun, creative and collaborative way.
Compensation and Benefits :

Job Summary :
Lead a dynamic team in developing and executing brand marketing and communication strategies internally and externally that drive engagement, media visibility, and guest connection. This role is key in driving engagement, strengthening our brand presence, and ensuring consistent, authentic storytelling in our brand voice(s) across all communication platforms both internally and externally.
