Guest Services Attendants are friendly, welcoming, passionate and inclusive to create a safe and fun environment for progression. As a member of the Guest Services team, you are responsible for helping guests with ski and snowboard products and information based on the guests' needs. A comprehensive understanding of our ski and snowboard products is necessary, as are excellent guest service skills. Basic computer knowledge is required.
Knowledge of the mountain terrain and lifts is also necessary. Guest Services Attendants work indoors in a high volume of business environment and must be able to work well with the public constantly, sometimes under stressful conditions, showing confidence in the selling of our products. Attendants will show excellence in providing informative assistance to guests including lift tickets, season passes, rental and group lesson products, lost and found and any inquiries in-person or over the phone. Members of Guest Services will effectively promote and execute the delivery of exceptional guest service that will exceed our guest's expectations, enhance their winter sports experience, in a fun, informative and efficient atmosphere to provide a sound financial return to the company.
