SUMMARY
The Parkour Coac h position is an integral part of the camper's experience, providing a dynamic platform that is unmatched. You will execute and support all aspects of the program, including overall curriculum and appropriate use of facilities. The goal is to ensure a high level of training and progression, making sure campers are engaged and participating in a responsible manner.
The Parkour Zone Coach position will be responsible for the safety, vibe, and cleanliness of the Action Sports facilities around camp. Zone Coaches will be responsible for one (1) Action Sports facility per Zone Coach shift. Zone Coaches need to make sure campers are acting responsibly and respectfully to others and using the facility in a safe manner. They will be responsible for upholding energy within the park and for the cleanliness of the facility.
The Parkour Counselor will be in collaboration with coaching and is responsible for the safety, health, and well-being of all campers within assigned cabin throughout the day and from the time they return to the cabin for the evening to when campers are released to instruction the following morning. They will be responsible for assisting campers with any needs or challenges that arise during the week, referring to department leads as needed. This role provides you with the ability to connect with the campers outside of the park setting, and enhance the overall experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Work a maximum of 40 hours, including coaching, zone coaching, counseling and recreation activities as assigned
Responsible for leading a group of 7-10 campers daily through 2 (two) instruction sessions for 3.5 hours daily
Safety - Make sure everyone is using the facility in a safe manner, and following proper skatepark etiquette
Assist campers in daily routine including chores, overall cabin / surrounding area cleanliness, travelling to program activities and meals
