JOB SUMMARY :
The Scooter Program Supervisor will oversee, continually develop, grow and manage the Scooter Program at Woodward PA. Supervise all aspects of the Scooter Program including staff, daily responsibilities, and develop a fun, interactive environment for campers. The Scooter Program Supervisor will support the marketing, content, and development of the Scooter Program sponsorship plan. The Scooter Program Supervisor will help support the overall Scooter industry relationships and developments.
This position will be responsible for the day-to-day operations involved in running the Scooter Program. This includes all scheduling, facilitating mandatory sessions, clinics, events and supervising all staff within the program. The supervisor will aid with parent-camper communications as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Supervise 10-30 coaches, counselors and zone coaches by scheduling, directing, and reviewing performance
- Support in leadership roles including cabin checks, orientation, registration and meetings
- Execute the Scooter Programming Playbook, including but not limited to camper scheduling, progression, curriculum, and sport programs / events
- Provide unique perspectives and feedback that aid in the development of the Scooter Program
- Routine safety inspections, reporting, and cleaning as assigned
- Other duties as assigned.
