Key Role
PCG is seeking a dedicated Specialty Engineering Task Lead with expertise in Reliability & Maintainability (R&M) to oversee a highly skilled team within the OUSD(R&E) Specialty Engineering & Assessment (SE&A) program. This individual will provide technical expertise and leadership to ensure engineering and maintainability objectives are met.
This hybrid role requires on-site support 1 to 3 times weekly to collaborate directly with the customer at the Alexandria, VA.
Job Responsibilities :
- Provide leadership and oversight of a multidisciplinary engineering team supporting R&M initiatives within OUSD(R&E).
- Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of reliability and maintainability engineering processes, ensuring they align with customer goals and mission objectives.
- Develop and deliver technical assessments, reports, and presentations to stakeholders, including government customers.
- Ensure integration of reliability and maintainability practices into systems engineering processes to optimize lifecycle sustainment.
- Collaborate with other Specialty Engineering domains to ensure holistic system performance and compliance with OUSD(R&E) standards.
- Serve as the primary interface between the customer and the engineering team, ensuring effective communication and task management.
- Support program planning, risk management, and resource allocation to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
