Interact with multiple channels to provide prompt service and accurate information in response to inquiries about products and services while providing an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities Include :
- Support sales staff through post-orders processes.
- Manage account backlog to ensure on time delivery.
- Organize communications between multiple departments to ensure smooth processing flow.
- Proactively notify sales of any pending delinquencies and provide suggested solutions that can be presented to customers.
- Update orders based on customer and sales requests.
- Follow the production of materials to ensure timely delivery.
- Interface with manufacturers and suppliers to request delivery information.
- Ensure proper follow-up activities are taken to bring full closure to any open item.
- Work closely with the Product Management team to ensure purchasing needs are being met.
- Act as a liaison between sales, material planning group, supplier partners, and warehouse staff.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Drive increased sales by supporting target customers.
- Provide an excellent customer experience.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
