An experienced paralegal to support our attorneys in providing outstanding legal representation and ensuring a smooth client experience.
Role responsibilities:
- Contribute to an outstanding client experience by following The Powell Process
- Conduct new client intake calls as needed
- Maintain and monitor assigned client files using the firm’s case management system
- Set client expectations and communicate on case progress
- Gather, analyze, and research information and documents
- Apply critical thinking to resolve client issues, escalating to attorneys, when necessary
- Coordinate client closings and monitor attorney negotiations
- Communicate with clients, lien holders, and others in the legal community
- Review, draft, and file legal documents, under attorney supervision
- Assist in preparing cases for litigation and managing deadlines
Qualifications:
- Experience in personal injury law
- Completion of NALA certification program preferred or willingness to complete after hire.
- Excellent client experience, organizational, time-management, and communication skills.

Pay: $56,502.00 - $66,757.00 per year
